We handle all booking, scheduling, customer communication, and payment. You focus on the work. We handle everything else. This is a 1099 subcontractor position, a working partnership, not just a job.

What You'll Earn

Requirements — You Must Have ALL of the Following

  • ✓Minimum 2 years of paid professional residential cleaning experience, houses, condos, or apartments. Cleaning your own home does not count.
  • ✓Located within 45 minutes of Barrington, IL. Do not apply if you live further away.
  • ✓Personal vehicle and valid driver's license
  • ✓Your own professional cleaning supplies and equipment
  • ✓Smartphone to manage jobs and check in through our app
  • ✓Basic English communication skills, you will communicate with clients and our team via text
  • ✓Legal authorization to work in the US (documentation required at onboarding)
  • ✓Available Monday–Saturday, 8AM–5PM
  • ✓Able to pass a background check
  • ✓You clean personally, no helpers, family members, or subcontractors on jobs

Strongly Preferred

  • ✓Registered cleaning business (sole proprietor, LLC, or similar)
  • ✓Active general liability insurance for your cleaning business

Do Not Apply If

  • ✕You live more than 45 minutes from Barrington, IL
  • ✕Your experience is primarily in hotels, motels, offices, or commercial buildings
  • ✕You have less than 2 years of paid residential cleaning experience
  • ✕You need full-time hours immediately, work builds over 60–90 days as our client base grows
